RESTOCKING

HOW DOES RESTOCKING WORK?

We tend to restock our products once a month. Products will be available to order on the day of the Release/Restock until sold out. Some products have a limited number of stock and may sell out faster.

WHEN WILL YOU BE RELEASING/RESTOCKING YOUR PRODUCTS?

To check when we are having our next restock, follow us on socials.

HOW FREQUENTLY DO YOU GUYS RESTOCK?

We tend to restock our products once every 4-6 weeks.

EVERYTHING IS SOLD OUT, WHEN WILL YOU ANNOUNCE THE NEXT RESTOCK DATES?

We generally announce the next restock date a week before the restock day.

WILL EVERY PRODUCT BE RESTOCKED?

Select products will be restocked, except for discontinued products. You can sign up to receive restock notifications for your specific item on the product page.

ORDER

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, once your order has been processed you will receive an email with a tracking link. You should receive a tracking email 1–3 business days after you receive an order confirmation email. More information about shipping can be found on our shipping info tab.

WHY IS PART/ALL OF MY ORDER CANCELLED?

Whilst this is a rare occurrence, from time to time some or all items in your order may be cancelled due to stock availability. This could be due to an incorrect inventory listing or misplaced stock. In the event that this happens, we will automatically refund your order.

CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders can only be changed or cancelled within one hour of purchase, unless your order has already been fulfilled. A cancellation fee will apply. We aim to process and pack your order as soon as possible, which means orders cannot be cancelled if they have already been processed and fulfilled. Approved refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.

IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER, WHO DO I CONTACT?

If there is a problem with your order, please email us at info@sanctionedcollective.co.

SIZING & FIT

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I AM?

Size chart & guide is provided on the product page.
Exchange of sizes on first purchase permitted where reasonable. Sanctioned Collective will cover only for shipping out fees, but not for return.
The availability to exchange sizes is limited to our final decision and these conditions may be subject to change. I will try my best to accommodate though! :)

HOW DO YOU WANT IT TO FIT?

Our hoodie features a custom, pre-shrunk oversized silhouette with dropped shoulders.
For a Clean, Relaxed Fit: Order your standard true size. It will fit comfortably loose and without swallowing your frame.
For the Oversized Look: Order one size up. This should match our aesthetic seen in our photos.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS UNISEX?

All our products are unisex.

A letter from the owner.. (and yep, the co-founder of Certified Collection)

A new name from the person who's been here before; Made for long nights, filthy drops and packed crowds.

Sanctioned Collective is just the next chapter, this time I'm doing it my way, no rules, and nothing held back. I'll just be making what I love without any compromises.

As a solo founder now, the brand is somewhat of a passion project, there might be some crazy ideas, alongside staples. I'm gonna keep to what I remember that matters most: quality comes first. That's what made Certified so loved, which means you can expect heavyweight fabrics that actually block out the aussie wind, meticulous construction so the garment is durable, and of course, immaculate embroidery work on each of the pieces.

Honestly life kinda got in the way, and it has taken a lot longer than expected. But after years of tough work, refining ideas, ups and downs, I'm glad to finally bring this vision to life. Super excited for the releases planned for this year & next, and if you have any ideas or feedback please shoot me a message, I am always open to a good chat. (criticisms are welcome!!)

Much love for just being here,
It's only the beginning...

J.

P.S I do miss you all!!
